Chalkwood is a Build to Rent housing development in Ebbsfleet Garden City, created for Packaged Living. The creative team at Northern Artillery developed the project from the ground up, including the name, brand identity and overall positioning, with a focus on nature, connectivity and resident wellbeing.
The brand was brought to life across motion graphics, photography, film, digital brochures, advertising and launch materials. The campaign helped Chalkwood stand out in the market and contributed to it becoming one of Packaged Living’s fastest-letting developments.
